December: Important Exams And Joyful Festival
Wrapping up a bustling December at SISS, highlighted by the important Final Exams and a joyful Christmas Festival, Mr. Aaron Butler wishes to share his heartfelt thoughts with our beloved Jaguars as we welcome the New Year 2025.
As we approach the end of the year, I’d like to take a moment to reflect on some of the activities and events that have filled our school calendar in December and share some heartfelt wishes for the upcoming holidays.
First, I am proud to congratulate all students on the completion of the End of Semester 1 New South Wales Exams, held from December 9 to 12. Your hard work and perseverance were commendable, and it was a pleasure to see the dedication you bring to your studies. As many of you prepared to undertake the MoET Secondary Exams from December 16 to 28, and the MoET Primary Exams on December 18 and 19, I wish you the very best of luck and encourage you to remain focused and confident. You have shown exceptional effort, and I am confident in your ability to succeed.
December was also a month of joy and celebration. On December 23, our Primary students had the opportunity to enjoy a Field Trip to Snow Town Saigon, which brought an exciting and educational experience. We looked forward to seeing their curiosity and enthusiasm on this special day. Additionally, the much-anticipated Christmas Fair on December 24 was a wonderful opportunity for our entire school community to come together, share festive spirit, and celebrate the season with joy and camaraderie.
As we head into the Christmas break, I want to extend my warmest wishes for a holiday filled with peace, happiness, and quality time with loved ones. May the New Year bring you health, success, and many new opportunities. Let’s carry the lessons and achievements of this year forward into an inspiring and productive 2025.
Thank you for your continued support and engagement. Have a wonderful holiday season and a Happy New Year!
Aaron Butler
