Congratulations to the Talented Engineer Team
On December 28 and 29, 2024, three groups from the Talented Engineer Team of SISS participated in the Southern, South Central, and Central Highlands Regional Round of VIQRC (VEX IQ) as part of the 2025 VEX Robotics National Championship.
Since the beginning of the academic year, the team members have tirelessly trained with their Subject Teacher to refine their skills in assembling, programming, and operating robots professionally and smoothly. Despite the fatigue, challenges, and worries, our Jaguars persevered in their practice, unwavering in their shared goal. They constantly motivated, discussed, and supported each other to improve their skills and prepare mentally to face other formidable teams in the upcoming rounds.
Arriving in Quy Nhon City more ready than ever, the Primary and Secondary Jaguars encouraged one another as they entered a series of challenging competitions. Standing by their side were their families and their devoted Subject Teacher, Ms. Nguyen Thi Diep, who enthusiastically guided them through countless practice sessions after school.
On the first day of the competition, the team participated in numerous matches in two categories: Autonomous and Driving. Here, they had the opportunity to interact, learn, and marvel at the robot models from teams across the nation.
The following day, the students competed in exciting Alliance matches. Alongside their knowledge of Robotics, the “bot masters” demonstrated a serious attitude, quick teamwork, and effective collaboration with their Alliance partners. During the Finals, where the strongest teams competed, the students exhibited the spirit of brave “jaguars,” delivering moments of overwhelming emotion and impressive achievements. By the end of the round, our Jaguars proudly achieved:
Most excitingly, SpaceX and Innovation teams of SISS will officially compete in the VEX Robotics Vietnam National Championship 2025, scheduled for February.
These achievements are the well-deserved results of the team’s admirable efforts over the past months. Witnessing the students passionately discuss strategies, tirelessly work on upgrading their robots, and enthusiastically train late into the night, the School is immensely proud to accompany these talented Jaguars.
Let us celebrate the success of the 12 Talented Engineer Team members, especially the SpaceX and Innovation teams, as they prepare to “battle” in a larger, more prestigious, and more challenging competition.
