All students at SISS
Activities
1. Non-Uniform Day
Students are encouraged to dress up as their favorite characters, such as a pumpkin, a farmer, a cartoon character, or a movie character. However, students are not allowed to dress in costumes with scary or horror motifs.
The School will organize voting by class with criteria such as: Most Impressive Costumes, Best Costume Design, etc.
2. Halloween Parade & “Trick or Treat”
Students parade in their Halloween costumes and participate in ‘Trick or Treat’—visiting each classroom, saying the special slogan to receive candies.
3. Spider Web Walking Challenge
Students take on the challenge of crossing the stimulated spider web hallway with their classmates.
4. Pumpkin House Design
Students design and assemble their own pumpkin house model.
5. Halloween Ring Toss
Students put their aiming skills to the test by tossing rings onto a target from a set distance.
Exciting Halloween Festival
The last day of October at SISS was filled with colors as Jaguars donned impressive costumes to celebrate the Halloween Festival, “Boo-tiful Monster Jaguars”. Dressed up as cute characters, the students visited each classroom, knocking on doors and chanting “Trick or Treat” to receive candy from teachers. Additionally, they participated in a series of fun challenges like the spider web walking challenge, Halloween ring toss, and pumpkin house design.
The “Boo-tiful Monster Jaguars” Halloween Festival combined Western cultural experiences and games with activities themed around the harvest season. This unique combination helped students understand the significance of this Western holiday, while also learning the importance of appreciating food and celebrating the harvest season as winter approaches.
October ended with countless memorable moments. The diverse activities and events of the previous month brought not only moments of entertainment but also valuable learning experiences. These experiences will help the Jaguars be well-prepared for the important exams coming up in November.
