In recent days, as the SISS community has gotten closer to the School Year Exhibition – the biggest event of the academic year 2023 – 2024, teachers and Jaguars have been even busier with preparations in the hope of Bringing attendees the most memorable memories.
The academic projects in many different subjects, such as Science, Technology, Creative Arts, or English carried out by Jaguars throughout this school year will be displayed at the event. Not only are numbers or words beautifully presented, but these projects are the results that students have spent time researching, assessing, and implementing. Using the Project-based Learning method, these academic projects are carried out by Jaguars in many consecutive lessons. That requires not only perseverance but also a solid and extensive knowledge base, gathered every day through every class and lecture with the teachers.
At the same time, by attending the event, Parents will also have the opportunity to admire special art performances such as ballet, dancing, playing musical instruments, and even acting. These performances are all part of the Creative Arts lesson content– one of the core subjects of SISS and the New South Wales program in general. For each performance, it showcases the Jaguars’ commitment and dedication to their practice. But most importantly, these are also a testament to the students’ learning process, skill development, and training under the guidance of their subject teachers.
