Educational Pathway

Bilingual Program

The curriculum is built based on the curriculum framework of the New South Wales Ministry for Education and Early Childhood Learning. Students not only have access to the New South Wales program but also follow the curriculum set by the Vietnamese Ministry of Education and Training.

Students will study key learning areas including English, Mathematics, Science & Technology, Human Society and Its Environment, Creative Arts, Personal Development, Health and Physical Education, and Languages. In which the subjects of English (K-10), Mathematics (K-10), and Science & Technology (K-10) will be taught in English.

From Year 11, students can either keep studying with the MoET curriculum to get their graduation certificate and English certificates or transfer to the International Program to take other international programs.

International Program

For the International Program, SISS offers the New South Wales program for students from Prep to Year 10. Students will study key learning areas including English, Mathematics, Science, Technology, Personal Development, Health and Physical Education (PDHPE), Human Society and Its Environment (HSIE), Creative Arts, Vietnamese and Extracurricular Activities. Upon completion of Year 10, if the requirements are met, students will be recommended to continue their education in Years 11 and 12 in international programs at SISS.

With the philosophy of “EDUCATION FOR SUCCESS”, SISS provides all the students with an open future for higher education through educational opportunities from Preschool to Grade 12. These experiences allow all students to LEARN, LEAD, & SUCCEED.

PRIMARY PROGRAM

The SISS Primary Program promotes active learning and adheres to New South Wales International Standards for students from Prep to Year 5.

SECONDARY PROGRAM

The SISS High School Program provides students with a strong foundation for pursuing further education.
